I rode a Bianchi EV3, a similar frame (previous generation) to that one; it was an excellent frame. This has a weird combination of components, from different Campy groups and years; if having an assortment doesn't bother you, then they will work well together. You'll like the new shifters. (To make it all Campy, you could replace the brakes with Centaur for about $50 from ebay). A 170 crank is kind of odd on that size frame; 172.5 is more common; but that shouldn't be a problem. The best part of the deal is the Eurus wheelset; those are excellent wheels and probably sold new for around $900. The compact crank with a 12/27 cassette means it's geared for mountains, but it could be a pain in flat country. If the bike is in good shape, $1,000 isn't a bad price.
