Yeah I dont know where $900 came from, objectively speaking from my dislike of leader frames, this bike is worth maybe around 600 (in a nyc market) depending on the condition of the parts. The price is mainly in the wheelset (250 on ebay new), crank (100 on ebay new), and the fizik (100 new depending on the model). Leader frames... ugh. I personally would offer 400 tops haha.
