Trek makes their high end CF bikes in the US. It's very common for bike shops to knock off 10% from the price unless you're talking about a bike that is selling faster than they can get them. The margin on bikes is about 30%, so even if they knock off 10%, they are still making 20%. I wouldn't expect Treks CF bikes to go down much in price unless they move production to an underdeveloped country.
