I've wondered that myself for the last 2 years or so since I live a few yards away from the Northcote bridge.
The paved bike path that runs along Cabela's should make you think that they actually make a continuous bike path which connects with Erie-Lakawana.. but my experience living in that area tells me otherwise and I'm not getting my hopes up.
