does stretch your lower back, and that's what I was getting at. Isn't that what usually hurts on people when they try to ride super aero? (I've never had back pains from riding, but others sure have)
May not be the best approach, and certainly wouldn't be my only approach (should have said yoga too), but I wouldn't say it's "bad" either.
