I've been fitted by a coach I trust, and I'm pretty sure it's not my fit. I just don't ever spin since I've been so dependent on my gears. I've been doing some race practice at Encino in 49x16 and seem to be getting a little better (held a little over 140rpm for my flying 200). I'll maybe switch back to 14 or 15 on race days and see if the dividends paid off...
