While the internet is now the way to communicate . . .
Word of mouth and our local bike club newsletter used to list events/rides in the midwest.
At many of these events flyers were at the registration desk or stuck on car windshields promoting upcoming rides in the region.
Took many of our club flyers to these rides and passed 'em out promoting our club's bigger events.
Then we were living in the Detroit area and participated in many rides all over MI, OH, IN, and Ontario (Canada).
