In mixing batches you might get very similar sizes, but you might not. Worst case one bearing will be 0.0002" larger than the others, which is a huge difference in bearing land.
In contrast, balls from the same batch will be the same size (within 25 microns).
Am I missing something? 0.0002" is only ~5 microns and within the 25 micron range you give later...
