debating whether to rest tomorrow, track opens this weekend. honestly, it's a light schedule first day though, a kilo, team sprint and 12 lap points race on day 1, 7 lap scratch, match sprints and a miss and out on day 2. since saturday i have:

not much volume, and i feel fine. maybe 1-2 hours sst or tempo?
Depending on how you feel now, I'd do some or no tempo tomorrow, then race track.
