I got my endorphins. I don't have my iPad.
By the way that new version of Adobe Illustrator has some amazing new drawing features which may actually help us in our work. But it may have to wait until I get a new desktop machine. As soon as they refresh that 27" i-Mac, I'll have to go for it. My main machine is nearly 6 years old now (G5 tower). Still works fine.
But it's time.
I'll say this for my business: it won't ever make me rich, but it pays the rent. The cool part is I've always loved Macs and it gives me an excuse to buy any cool Mac crap I want. And of course it's all a write-off. What a country.
By the way, just because Adobe has some cool new features on Illustrator doesn't mean they're not friggin idiots. They are. I'm sure it will continue to annoy the living crap out of us on a daily basis with some of the stupid quirks it has. Don't get me started. My favorite one was the part where it would just spontaneously lose our work. Happened to me and several employees over a couple of versions. I posted about this on an Illustrator online forum and some VP of software development from Adobe emails me. No, I can't replicate the conditions that create this problem, it's totally random I tell him. This means they knew all about it and were trying to figure it out. Doesn't hardly ever do that these days. That really sucked.
