Take a look at http://www.cc4cc.org/, and especially the "Projects Summary" link in the left column. I think the objective is to finally connect the two halves of the Erie-Lackawanna trail with a paved off-street connection including an tunnel under US41 (Indianapolis Blvd.). They're getting closer - but will the funding materialize in the current economic climate?
