As I've said before, your saddle, stem and handlebars are totally salvageable, as to your crankset, I remember that you had a decent looking crankset, but it might be too long for you. Go check of your crank arm says 165 or 170 on the back of it, if it does, you don't need to get new a new crank set. A new set of cranks and chain ring might not be necessary if it's in decent shape and a correct length, if the chain ring has wear and a small number of tooth, then you should.
Post pictures of your new frame for us, it would make it easier for us to help. Also take a picture of your crankset on new frame.
