Bikes: 1989 Cannondale sr-300, 1990 Cannondale M400, 1970s Raleigh Persuit, 1971 Peugeot UO8

Found another bike today, for $20 at the thrift store. wondering if you can help me with the date and model.

It's a Chicago Schwinn World. On one dropout it says 421141 on the other side it says GO484 It is made in Taiwan. The crank says Custom.
