It's a Chicago Schwinn World. On one dropout it says 421141 on the other side it says GO484 It is made in Taiwan. The crank says Custom.
Just read the code code on the headbadge: it will be a four digit number, like the one below off my Prologue: 0497 (49th day of 1987).
