I have one of those. It works well enough. However, if you have a road bike with conventional shift cable routing (under the bottom bracket), the bike in the stand sits on the bottom bracket, which distorts the adjustment of the shift cables somewhat. You need to be careful when adjusting your shifters with the bike on the stand. Obviously, for MTBs and hybrids with MTB style cable routing, this is not a problem.
