Also, SF -> Nicasio -> Lucas Valley -> San Rafel -> Paradise Loop -> SF -> the beach through GGP -> Fort Funston -> SF is 6k feet with very gentle grades the entire way. There are only 2 climbs that are of note and they are both about a quarter of Old La Honda.
