Simple. No fuss. Screw on the cartridge, put it on the valve stem, back the cartridge off a quarter turn, inflate tire. I'm amazed at how much difficulty other riders have with their fancy inflators. This one has no moving parts and is idiot proof - as revealed by the fact that I can use it w/o difficulty.

I used mine in anger for the first time on Friday. Not only did it work, it gave me 10% more pressure than I got in my three test runs and that was with a valve that was too short for my rim. I was surprised. I also need different spare tubes.
