The price on the Concorde is high, but that's the bike I'd prefer. I don't like the sew-up tires, but Columbus tubing is really nice and the Ultegra 8 speed STI's are very smooth shifting. This frame was a higher end bike in its day. The price is high by about $100. At $400, that would be a good deal.
The Fiori Roma is an OK upper entry level/lower mid-level bike. Tange Infinity steel and Shimano Exage are both ehh, ok but nothing to get excited about. The price is about right for a downtube shifter bike.
If you want a Thorougbred, buy the Concorde, if you just want a horse, buy the Fiori Roma.
