True Beanz, 2010 has been bad for me too (cycling wise), but in 2011 you can lose some weight, be the "leaner, meaner, Beaner" and fit into a "Large" with no need for the "Extra" part.
I wear the Med. CA Triple Crown jersey in the heat of the summer, but have a "Large" for winter use when I'm wearing a wool base layer.
