I agree with Jim. There is no structural compromise, and it won't be hard to pump it, either. As a matter of pride, I do lace my wheels according to the "right way" but there's nothing wrong with this wheel, functionally. I can't say how much it will cost you in the auction.
I wish I could bid. It looks to be my size. I think Cinelli is one of the most tasteful Italian bikes of the era. It's less gaudy than the others. The others are a bit much for me. Plus I believe Cinelli had a very good and long racing record, for whatever that's worth. Not that I'm a racer at all.
