Replacement freewheel REGINA, etc for my Campagnolo hubs?

Hello everyone,

I apologize if I don't have the terminology straight. I have been out of the loop for several years and have never been much of a bike mechanic even when I was still riding a lot.

I am in the process of servicing and mildly updating my old Puch Mistral bike from the 80s to get in shape again before I may move to a modern, more expensive bicycle.

During the 90s I already replaced the original wheelset with some decent used Campagnolo wheels that include Victory (?) hubs. The rear cogs (I believe) are a Regina freewheel from the early 90s. It is still in good condition, but it is not the size I'd prefer in order to hit the hills of NH and Maine later in the sesons.

It is a 12-22 (?) 7-speed freewheel. I am looking to find a NOS 7-speed 12 (or 14) to 25 (or higher) that would be a good match without major modifications.

When I looked on ebay I found one but it was around $200. That is way more than I want to spend right now.

1. Are there any other sources where I could find a NOS Regina with those specs?
2. What are good alternative 7-speed freewheels to put on the Campa hub?
3. What tools should I expect to buy?
4. What would be the right replacement chain?

Thanks and have a safe ride.
