I've always thought of a track bike with track drops as being about as beautiful as a bike gets. Not functional, but it looks damn good. I've seen people running track drops with like a crosstop on the flat of the bars and thought that was pretty ugly but I've recently noticed something far worse. People using hooded brake levers on track drops. I've seen at least 5 bikes like this in the past week. I just can't deal with it. They've destroyed the most beautiful look a bike can have! Anyone else feel the same? I'm totally pro brakes by the way. Just not on track drops.
