A lot of companies make fixed/fixed flip flops though, track racers use fixed/fixed flip flops, maybe you could get one of those instead.
Yup, the Dura-Ace hubs on my track racing bike are fixed/fixed. Doesn't really matter tho, since I don't use lockrings on that bike anyways.
