In 1982 yes, with the exception of the 10 pitch track stuff and Dyna Drive cranks and pedals.

let's not forget the Primo Cartel, where Campagnolo Clement and a number of the other Italian component mfgs. set up an additional layer of profit margin in an attempt to gain control of all the independent importers, it only worked for a time, but it was a big hit to sales as prices jumped 10 to 15% overnight.
