No consensus...but I'd rather spend the time on my bike.
Ugh. 4th day off the bike. I'm in camp in Ft. McMurray, Alberta working 12s. I'm going to force myself into the gym for the next three days. Bluh. Hopefully the old cycling shoes I brought can be used in the spin bike toe clips.
