Follis Bike Frame Stamped with Campagnolo? Am I seeing this correct?

My Dad used to have an old 10 speed that I remember growing up. Well, I just dug it out of his dump pile where it has laid for about twenty years. I have taken all of the parts off the bike and have started to restore the bike. After looking up some of the parts I found that Campagnolo must be some good stuff. After cleaning the frame for a little bit I noted it said Campagnolo on the rear fork near where the hub attaches to the bike. Did Campagnolo make frames for Follis or are they some way related? This bike was put together by my Uncle who used to work at a bike shop for many years. If anyone has anything they could tell me to help me out I would appreciate it. I am new to this stuff and maybe my question is completely irrelevent.
