so i found an old villager in my uncles basement and i stripped off everything so i can put a new bb in in place of the old ff cranks..just wondering what type of bottom bracket do i need? after taking out the old bb easily with a regular wrench im left with 2 black metal discs on each side..do i hammer out these cups, or do I leave them there for the new bb?
