Bikes: raleigh sport (thank god i got rid of it), current: cannondale systemsix w/ultegra 10, 2009 cannondale scalpel

and to add to your pedal inefficiency would sometimes be a case of having a little too much weight forward. maybe try shifting a tad back and work on that pedal stroke. should make for a very nice and smooth sprint
