This is the rear end with the new caliper, as you see, the nut is too large in diameter to recess into the hole

These brakes look mighty nice with the paint scheme, but they certainly won't work if I ever decide to go 700c. It takes every bit of the calipers length to fit onto the rim. The old ones have room to spare, and would reach if I decide to convert the bike later. Of course, I'm not really considering a 700c conversion at this time. The bikes so big, the last thing I want is smaller tires.

There is no bezel just a strait hole through 2 tube walls.

I've only been playing with the rear brake, but I assume the front fork will have similar difficulties.
