1. The torroidal shape patent is running out. Zipp needs a new patented shape - pheonix or some such thing they are calling it, to keep it's market. I doubt this one is really any better, but I am sure they will cook up some target numbers that show it is. I just hope people realize this one is pretty much full marketing.
Just to get this straight: You haven't seen the wheels, you haven't seen the test protocol, you haven't seen the data, and from that you can conclude the data is not representative, over-esetimates the benefit, and was cooked up by marketing. Now that's some critical analysis.
