Unless you ride a pink Harley, I'd say there's no call for that.

I've lived quite a number of places in the US, and while there's only a small percentage of irresponsible drivers pretty much anywhere, places with greater population density means you encounter more of them, and in generally closer proximity. I've also seen some cyclists behave in ways that just serve to irritate drivers. As long as people are involved, you're going to get a mix of the considerate and the inconsiderate. The groups we're discussing are no better or worse than the others - but people in automobiles tend to fare better when there's a tangle.
