Wald folder is great. Great for commuting, or small grocery trips.

as for camping, groceries, and other bulky items, you might want to consider a trailer. I've got a Burley flatbed that I mount a 25gallon rubbermaid tub to, and I've carried as many as 7 grocery bags in/on it. Consider finding an old kid trailer, and customizing it for your needs.
