I have several. On tour I have a Lezyne. In addition to the normal Allen wrenches and screwdrivers, it has a large Allen Wrench that fits my crank bolts, and a chain tool. I had a crank bolt fall out on my mountain bike when I was miles away from my truck. I didn't have a tool to fit. I had to finger-tight the bolt and limp back. I think it's highly unlikely it will ever happen again, but I'm prepared. I've never needed my chain tool on the road, but a friend did. Since it comes on the multi-tool, I figure, why not?

I don't carry a Leatherman. They look too heavy. I carry my Swiss Army Knife. The pliers on the Leatherman look really useful, but I don't want to carry the whole tool just for pliers.

Hmmmm.

The quest to find the perfect kit will never end!
