Bikes: 2009 Cannondale Synapse 7 w/ Ultegra Upgrade

I'm 5'6" and I've used 170 and 172.5 and preferred the 170. I've had trouble with mixing shimano and FSA, so I also prefer shimano on shimano. The 105 is a good choice or Ultegra if you can get a good deal.
