I have the exact same same bike. It is a very nice ride. It is a bit heavy by today's standard at 26 lbs but it is a nice ride nonetheless.

For $300 it is a good deal.

FWIW, when I was shopping for the bike I rode the Cannondale R400 and I picked the Jamis.

EDIT: I am 5'9" with 32" inseam and I ride a 55cm.
