I disagree. If you want to get a higher, smoother cadence, you need to pedal faster. Do fast pedal drills, 110-120 rpm in a low gear. Start doing them for 2 minutes, work up to 10 minutes. When you can do a set of 10 minute fast pedals at 120 rpm, you'll be smooth at 90-100.
Ah okay. Yeah I was practicing doing the "circle" pedalling separately. I think I forgot about it once I started trying to hit the higher cadence. I probably need to put both of these things together now...
