The frame/fork are worth $300 in that condition, $400 if you get lucky. Everything else...maybe $150 if that is a decent rear hub.

I haven't touched the chrome yet because I don't have the bike at home with garage, tools, etc. The pictures look bad, but it did clean up A LOT...and it can be cleaned more when I take it apart. No plan on selling it immediately. Do you recommend using chrome polish on the chain stays, or something else? Thanks for your help.
Oh, and what is wrong with the brake? It works fine...I may have aligned it
