I recently sold a De Rosa frameset of early to mid-80's vintage with the desireable 'diamond' chainstays for $150. Its was solid w/ no rust but needed paint. Its of my opinion that certain framesets have a minimun inherent value thats, to a certain extent, independant of condition. I'd say the framesets worth $200-225 and the entire bike is worth $225-250.
