I believe that the Cervolo has a better warranty, if that matters to you. I have looked at the Scott's and they look cool. The local dealer here had a Cr1 w/ Ultegra Triple for around 3k. I was in the market and looking to buy, but they do not allow test rides to keep the bikes perfect for the future owners.
