most any chrome polish will work, there is (or was) something that is sold in a small white plastice jar. it is great stuff, I look at the **** depot for it tomorrow and get the name.
Wow, just saw that it is in fact missing the capnut. I should get on that. I have some polishes at home, but won't have the bike back home until the end of the summer. Right now I just ride it short distances around campus.
