needs a good thorough cleaning. can you post a noncraigs list pic so we can see the cranks and derailleurs? are you bying or selling? what size is it? are the hubs and brakes Campi?
I am not a Colnago expert but, if those are Nouvo Tipo hubs judging from that and the over the BB cable guides I would say late '70s early '80s
