removing bottom bracket, using a tacx tool, the ones with the screw in, i can get the tool so far, but not as far as getting the key part of the tool, into the socket, it stops, as if the tool isnt long enough, just wandered if anyone had experience with using this tool, and knows where im going wrong.

Before the questions asked, yes I am sure it is the right tool for the right bracket, the female/male bits match
