1 cup of Go Lean Crunch cereal in a 1/2 cup of Source non-fat yogurt (lemon meringue flavour!), a cup of tea, often fresh pineapple.
At first I had to force myself to eat breakfast after years of not eating breakfast or grabbing a muffin an coffee several hours after waking. I feel much better facing the day with a bit of food in my stomach. Much less cranky and I'm not tired and listless during bike rides.
