Bikes: 2009 Raleigh Sojourn, 2009 Raleigh Mojave 8.0, 1989 Miyata 914, 1996 Trek Mountaintrak 820

2 egg and cheese sandwiches with 2 eggs each, fried in bacon fat smothered in hot sauce with a ton of mayo. I eat that all five days I ride. I usually have a banana then when I get to work.
