My opinion, as somebody who likes to fit small, the bike looks too small.
The formula for saddle height is:
.883 X Pubic Bone Height (not pants inseam) = saddle height
This is measured from center of crank along the seat tube to the crown of the saddle. Adjust slightly from there.
The reason I think the frame is too small is that there just does not look like there is enough room to stretch you out any and you seem to be awfully "straight up to be on the hoods. Could be wrong, probably am.
Most people can fit a range of sizes especially when one manufacturer measures one way and another, another but the top tube is key to sizing as long as you get stand over sufficient for your needs and can get proper leg extension which is what the formula I referenced is for.
