Depending on where in Northeast PA you are. I am in the Lehigh Valley. Saucan Valley bike Shop in Hellertown is by far the most friendly and informative and helpful with, bikeline in shoenersville rd following in a close 2nd. The 2 or 3 shops I DON"t recommend are Action wheels in Bethlehem, Bikeline in Allentown, and Cutters on the south side. We have ordered parts multiple times from cutters and never had them show up.

If you are in the poconos there are a few places. Peterson's Bike & Ski shop at the corner of 940 and 115 is awesome.
