small skip skids when I'm going slow enough to not really need the brake. I ride down plenty of hills that can carry me to around 22+ mph and I've tried to stop before the light without the brake. Even with my low low gear it's a lot of work and a real pain in the ass, totally not worth the cool hipster points.
