I'm a sucker for putting 3spd bars on VLWs. I just fixed up a 63cm RB3 for a friend of my wife with a Wald touring bar. $15 at any bike shop, gives you 2 or 3 inches of rise with probably 15 degrees of sweep. Plus they'll accept bar-end shifters.
