RoadFan, I think I want the bar level to be about like DMNHCAGrand Prix's bike but perhaps with a shorter reach. I think you are right about 26mm bars being more versatile.

Beauty is in the eye of the beerholder. The low short stem drops may look better than the Technomics, but then again you young flatbellies may look better than I do. I think whatever will help keep us older folks out there bicycling is good.
