Here's another idea, how about you volunteer to lead the 'C' group from the same location? From your earlier posts and online personality you'd be more than capable of leading and taking care of a group. I think I understood you to say that when new people come in they don't stay because of the pace.. this might be the answer to everybody's problem, some of the other 'B's would probably welcome the slower pace and end up hanging with you as well.
